Thursday Night Gathering: Kick Off BBQ

School's out, grill's out! Please join us for our annual Thursday Night Gathering Kick-Off BBQ at George Mason University's Catholic Campus Ministry! This summertime barbecue is for all college students and graduating high school seniors.

Join us for burgers, hot-dogs, ice cream, volleyball, and more!

This event is a great way to meet college students from different schools and keep in touch with friends around the area!

***Wear your college gear to represent your university as we gather for the first Thursday Night Gathering of the summer!***

We'll see you soon! Don't forget to come hungry!

You can park at the chapel or across the street.

[Our student center will also host events every Thursday night in June and July.

What: Invite your family and friends to this special Mass to honor and pray for YOU with a special reception afterward.

Where: St. Robert Bellarmine Chapel

When: Sunday, May 19th

Time: At our regular 11am Mass! You will need to arrive by 10:15am and wear your graduation cap and gown.

Senior Day

What: A day retreat that concludes with a catered dinner on campus. Will include guided prayer, an alumni panel, breakfast, lunch, dinner, senior sharing, and a special Mass offered just for you!

Where: Mt. Tabor Retreat House (about 20 min away). Concludes with our fancy send-off dinner on campus.

When: Tuesday, May 14th from 9am – 9pm

Cost: $10 for the whole day and all meals. ($11 if you pay with a credit card)
…if you cancel or no-show, we will charge you the full amount of the dinner, an additional $45.

RSVP: Use the envelopes in the church foyer to rsvp (envelopes will be available starting on Thursday 4/25 at TNS). Your spot is reserved once we receive your $10.

Adoration leads right up to our POWER BREAKFAST event... so you can get spiritually fed and ACTUALLY fed (with amazing breakfast foods!).

CATHOLIC PATRIOTS!! We see how stressful life and classes have been getting, but we also see how close you are to the finish line! There's so much to rejoice in soon like Summer, and classes being done, and LLAMAS, GOATS, DUCKS, PIGS, CHICKENS, BUNNIES, SHEEP, AND OTHER FARM ANIMALS!!

That's right, a petting zoo is coming to the Chapel! There will be a variety of fun animals waiting to be played with, cuddled with, and pet. You can find them on the lawn behind the Manor, or in the parking lot. There will be snacks, ice cream, and drinks as we party as hard as the animals visiting us. Party hats are strongly encouraged!!

This event is a *sunshine only* event, so in case it rains, we will be in touch as early as possible with a makeup date.

Meet in the kitchen at 7:30 to make a hot meal for the homeless guests at the Lamb Center.

Catholic Patriots Spring Formal

Catholic Patriots cordially invites you to our annual Spring Formal. There will be dancing, music, a photo booth, and light refreshments. Attire is semi-formal/cocktail.

Tickets start at $20 at TNS on April 11th, through Thursday April 18th. They will be sold in the main office, at TNS, and after 9PM Sunday Masses.

On April 19th ticket prices increase to $25 and will be sold until Thursday April 25th in the main office and after TNS.

We'll be accepting cash and card (with a small fee) transactions.Parking is located behind the Basilica of Saint Mary.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Gabriel Project, supporting pregnant women in need!

Meet us at the Mason statue at noon to do stations of the cross around GMU's campus. Wear your walking shoes! We will be walking and doing stations as a community. This is a great way to enter into and meditate on Good Friday.

Give your semester a lift with the Catholic Patriot Encounter With Christ retreat-- for students, led by students! Join other Mason and Nova students for a weekend away from Fairfax to explore the Catholic faith and your relationship with God — and to have tons of fun!

Registration envelopes are available in the chapel lobby.

Cost: $40 early bird if you register by Sunday, Feb. 17

(Final deadline: $50 by Sunday, Feb. 24)

Transportation by bus and all meals are included.

RSVP: You must turn in an envelope to officially RSVP for a spot (Facebook RSVP does not count!)

Join us for this Thursday Night Supper as we welcome Team Trivia, an organization that hosts trivia nights around the country to host a trivia night for us! You can have teams of up to 8 people. Catholic Patriots Women's Ministry is hosting Girl Talk for an evening on love, dating and relationships. We will have the Manor House to ourselves, sweet treats galore, and real conversation about the joys and pitfalls of finding authentic love in a Tinder culture.

March for Life

Attend the March for Life with your fellow Catholic Patriots! Avoid the metro and parking garages and take a bus into DC with us.

If you would like to reserve your spot on the bus (it's a one way bus into DC!) please fill out an envelope at the chapel! This event is free, but we ask a $10 (cash) deposit for your seat on the bus (you will receive this back when you show up).

The bus will leave from the chapel promptly at noon on Friday, January 18.
